- 班機誤點一個小時內不會收取額外等候費用，若班機有延誤情形，請在登機前與櫃檯聯繫，以免司機在機場空等。
- 若需接機服務，請於訂房時同時預約。送機服務請提前一天告知櫃檯服務人員。

Terms and conditions：
- We provide NTD 5 million travel accident insurance for every passenger.
- The driver will meet you at the airport arrival with a welcome board.
- The driver will help you get your luggage on and off the car.
- We will inform you the driver's mobile phone number and vice versa to ensure that you and the driver can reach each other.
- We will not charge for the holding fee within 1 hour due to flight delay. However, if the flight delays, please contact us before boarding and reschedule your pickup service.
- If you need airport pickup service, please make the reservation when you book the room. If you need the transportation service to the airport, please inform the reception at least 1 day before your flight.
