加人、加床房間因空間關係，恕無加床服務。若您不介意三人共擠一張床，我們會替您我準備一份用品及早餐券。加人不加床每晚收取 NTD 500元，6歲以下免收取任何費用，但無早餐券提供。每間房限加一人。

入住須知

方舟旅店全館禁菸，包含樓梯間、浴室、窗台、陽台等任何有空氣對流的區域均全面禁菸，若有吸菸需求請至方舟旅店以外的戶外區域，謝謝您的配合。

房價已含5%營業稅。為了保證您的訂房，須收取總房價30%做為訂金。

進房/退房時間：15:00以後可進房，並請於中午12:00以前退房。您可以先寄放行李於櫃檯。逾時退房每半小時加收NTD 150元。

請於半夜24:00前登記進房完畢，若需延後進房請主動提前告知，逾時視同當日取消訂房。

旅客完成訂房並支付訂金後，亦可取消訂房，但應負擔下列費用：

旅客於入住日期前14日取消訂房時，將不收取取消訂房手續費。
旅客於入住日期前10至13日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之30%為訂房取消費用。
旅客於入住日期前7至9日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之50%為訂房取消費用。
旅客於入住日期前4至6日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之60%為訂房取消費用。
旅客於入住日期前2至3日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之70%為訂房取消費用。
旅客於入住日期前1日取消訂房時，應負擔訂金之80%為訂房取消費用。
旅客於入住日期當天取消訂房或怠於通知者，應負擔訂金之100%為訂房取消費用。

旅客若於入住日三天前(不含入住當日)，更改已確定之入住日期，方舟旅店將不收取任何手續費用，但僅限延展或保留1個月，並且不得再更改日期及取消訂房。

若方舟旅店所在位置或旅客出發地在入住當日發生天災等，並經政府機關發布停止外出行動，導致無法如期入住，敬請盡速與方舟旅店聯繫，我們將替您更改或取消訂房。

Service Instructions ARK Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking will be strictly prohibited within all hotel properties and public space including reception areas, restrooms, bathrooms, stairwells, hallways, windows and yards. This policy applies to all guests and visitors. If you need to smoke, please kindly go to the outdoor space with a proper distance from the ARK Hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.
The 5 % VAT is included in the room rate. For the confirmation of your reservation, the 30% of the room rate would be charged as the deposit obligatorily.
Check-in / Check-out time: Check-in time is 15:00. Standard checkout is at 12:00pm. Early arrivals could keep your luggage at the reception. A late checkout fee will be charged NTD150 every half hour.
Please check in before 24:00. If you need to check in after 24:00, please inform us in advance, or your reservation would be cancelled without any deposit refund.

The cancellation of a confirmed reservation is applied with the following conditions:

+14 days prior to check-in, no cancellation fee will be charged.
13 to 10 days prior to check-in, 30% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
9 to 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
6 to 4 days prior to check-in, 60% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
2 to 3 days prior to check-in, 70% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
1 day prior to check-in, 80% of the deposit will be charged as the handling fee.
Cancel at the check-in date or no show, no deposit will be refunded.

We offer 1 time change of check-in date 3 days prior to check-in without handling fee. The extension of check-in date cannot over 1 months. The reservation with the change or extension of the check-in date applied cannot be cancelled or applied for any change or extension again.
If the hotel or the place of your departure is affected by typhoon(s) or any other major natural disasters, and the government issues the emergency alert, please contact the ARK Hotel immediately. We will modify or cancel your reservation for you.
